This site was created by my son Donny and I, to provide family, friends, co-workers and their families masks to keep them safe, while ALSO helping those less fortunate during this pandemic.
Like many, I felt helpless as the shelter in place order began in March of 2020. My family and I were so blessed, as we were all safe, healthy and still employed. As the days, weeks, months went by, and the anxiety grew, so did the need to get involved and help some how.
A co-worker mentioned how hard hit local charities were with no ability to have gatherings for fund raising.
Home made fabric masks were in demand.
I know how to sew. I have a working sewing machine. I had already made a few masks for my family.
And the Lightbulb Went On!
